All services provided by ABA Consultants are based on the individual needs of the child (ages 2-18), in various settings, based on the child’s specific behavior needs. No clinical diagnosis is necessary to receive services.
In-Home Services:
ABA Consultant staff come into the home and implement a behavior intervention plan, customized based on the child’s strengths, areas of difficulty, and motivation. Skills are taught or strengthened that help make the child as successful and independent as possible.
Parents/Caregivers:
ABA Consultant staff will teach parents/caregivers evidenced-based strategies that assist and support the parents/caregivers through difficult behaviors, as well as, help them to be proactive in preventing further challenging behaviors by strengthening the reinforcement of replacement behaviors.
Schools/Childcare facilities:
ABA Consultants come to the school/facility and provide training and consulting services to facility staff. They assist staff in increasing positive target behaviors, such as communication, learning skills, compliance, and social skills, using consistent methods across all staff who work with the child and providing support while working through difficult behaviors. ABA Consultants highly encourages a team effort when reducing problem behaviors and increasing positive behaviors. ABA Consultants also provides group training on basic ABA principles and strategies.
